Welcome to My Vapery. By shopping at our retail stores, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a transparent and smooth shopping experience for all customers.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Goods may be refunded in cash or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided they are unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.

  • All price tags and labels must remain intact and attached to the product.

  • Products showing signs of misuse, physical damage, or tampering will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 working days, subject to bank processing times.

2. Warranty

  • Devices come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

  • If your device is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, it may be exchanged within this warranty period.

  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidental damage, improper use, or unauthorized modifications.

3. Store & Online Purchase Policy

  • Products purchased from www.myvapery.shop or any My Vapery retail store can be exchanged or refunded at any My Vapery location, provided they meet the return criteria.

  • Proof of purchase via the original invoice is mandatory for all returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.

4. Loyalty Program

  • Customers can redeem loyalty points only upon presenting a valid government-issued ID.

  • Loyalty points are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. General Terms

  • My Vapery reserves the right to accept or decline any claim for return, refund, exchange, or warranty based on inspection and policy compliance.

  • The company may revise these terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be available in-store and on our official website.

6. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct usage of vaping products. Please read all safety and usage instructions provided with the products.

  • For health and safety, all e-liquids and consumables are non-refundable once opened.
